You can't do woodworking without a table saw.
Impressions:
As portable table saws go, this is one of the best models available. It has plenty of power, and a reliable fence. The miter gauge is garbage, but this is true with many saws. Luckily, there are after-market miter gauges available that you can buy as a replacement.
If you have the space and budget for a cabinet saw, then I'd say to go that way. Otherwise, this saw is a good bet.
