For making hinge mortices and other tasks appropriate for chisels.
Impressions:
This is a nice chisel set—much nicer than anything you'll find at Lowes or Home Depot, but without being ridiculously expensive. They came nicely ground, and they took a very sharp honed edge that lasts.
I use a honing jig to sharpen my chisels.
